We are a christian family who try to live our lives by walking with God, our Lord and Savior. Although this is our goal, we do fall short more times than we care to admit. We fail to love like God and to live a life that is pleasing to Him at all times. It is only through His grace are we able to pick ourselves up when we fall and carry on. 2 Corinthians 12:9 in the Lord’s Book says
And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast [a]about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
Our shortcomings are only weaknesses when we keep them to ourselves. When we can freely admit that we need help, only then is the power of the Lord manifested in a way that turns our weaknesses into strength.
We are a large family–I suppose. Although our table seats 10 for daily meals, it doesn’t feel deserving of being classified as a large family. I do, however, concede the point.
It takes many hands and a lot of work to keep up a farm. Thankfully, we have been blessed with many hands to lighten the load. Currently we have goats, chickens and 40 acres of land in which to run, play and discover in and around. Our farm provides us with food and several products for the marketplace. You can find more information about our products here.
